Stay Palmetto is a monthly short term rental meetup and Slack community for Charleston area owner operators and property managers who want practical education, meaningful connections, and higher standards in hospitality. We bring together people who are actively building, improving, and scaling short term rental operations with a focus on what actually works in the real world.
If you have ever felt like the best practices in short term rentals are hard to find, you are not alone. Much of the industry runs on tribal knowledge.
